Randall has been a fixture in the Bay Area art scene since 1980. Collectors and artists alike have admired his loose, colorful style. Highlights of his career include: 2004 "Best of Show" and "Best Quick-Draw" at the Carmel Art Festival, 2003 "Peoples' Choice Award - Quick Draw" at Laguna Plein Air Festival, 2003 "Second Place at the Carmel Art Festival, 2002 "Best Work on Canvas or Panel" at the Carmel Art Festival, 2001 "Best of Show" at The Fine Art of the Automobile, and many more!

Randall was featured in Workshop Magazine (Fall 2006), Southwest Art (July 2004), and American Artist Magazine (August 2000).

Highly sought as an instructor, he has a hands-on approach to teaching that combines both sharing his own knowledge of technique with assessing the individual needs of his students.
